Walking for Love

Appropriate, perhaps, to find on the eve of St. Valentine's Day, a story in the Guardian about a young man who is walking from Bristol to Gandhi's birthplace - 12,000 kilometers give or take - for the love of it. Well, more specifically, it's a pilgrimage to promote the idea of a money-free economy, where people trade services and help each other not for profit but from a shared sense of humanity, and he has a website, here called JustForThe LoveOfIt.org and a blog here.

He's only been walking for a few weeks so far, but I hope he makes it.
